Well, my place seems to be at the forefront of inspiring those who might have never thought in their life that they could live a healthy lifestyle. My name is Scott Herman and I am the CEO/Founder of Scott Herman Fitness, LLC. SHF is a FREE online training service that stretches across the world to over 39 countries.
We have utilized YouTube and Facebook to build the largest and fastest growing online support system full of demonstration videos and community members (or as we like to say, Hermanites) that will help you reach your goals for your body.
The ride has begun! Today is Day 3 and my team and I are having an amazing time. Orientation day was off the wall. Everyone was so excited about the ride and the Aids Ribbon came out— AMAZING.
I am currently traveling across the United States with my Aids/LifeCycle teammates to embark on our 545-mile bicycle journey from San Francisco to LA. I left New Hampshire at 5am
